Our client \u2013 who is represented by attorney Ann Rask Vang \u2013 has prevailed on a comprehensive and principled part of the criminal case, in which the High Court set aside the District Court\u2019s decision on seizure.<\/p>\n
The charge concerns alleged evasion of a substantial amount of VAT exceeding DKK 100 million.
