Expert Appraisals – What About the Costs
For expert appraisals in appeal cases, it is often possible to have 50% of the costs covered under the rules on cost reimbursement. If the case is won based on the expert appraisal, one can apply for 100% reimbursement.
Expert Appraisals – Can You Apply for 100% Cost Reimbursement Before the Appraisal Case Begins?
If the appeal authority can be convinced that the expert appraisal will be useful in correctly resolving the case, it is in some instances possible to obtain confirmation that all costs will be reimbursed by the State under the rules on cost reimbursement. This means that costs for the expert, your own attorney, and other case-related expenses are covered 100%.
