Extensive experience in advising on diverse tax and corporate law issues since 2008.

Special expertise in litigation for both administrative authorities and courts regarding tax matters, including tax issues in connection with liability matters.

Significant experience as a defense lawyer in cases involving economic crime.

Has handled numerous cases on, among other things, discretionary tax adjustments, correct income recipients, employee leasing and subcontractor relationships, taxation of benefits in kind, asset valuation including expert appraisal, relocation to and from Denmark (tax liability), reduction of Danish taxation, researcher tax scheme, cryptocurrency, registration tax, and other duties. Assists with voluntary disclosure cases to Danish authorities.

Assists in preparation and execution of tax-related restructurings, generational transfers, and onboarding of new owners.
