Excise duty on mineral oils

Bachmann/Partners Law Firm represented the European Commission in a preliminary ruling before the Court of Justice of the European Union concerning Directive 2003/96/EC (the Energy Taxation Directive). The case concerned consumption of energy products produced within the curtilage of an establishment producing energy products.
The Court of Justice of the European Union agreed with arguments that Bachmann/Partners Law Firm presented for the court.

I forbindelse med en sag om eksportgodtgørelse bistod Bachmann/Partners autoforhandleren i sagen, hvor der opstod behov for at søge om aktindsigt i de lister over i udlandet genindregistrerede køretøjer, der tidligere har været indregistreret i Danmark, som udenlandske registreringsmyndigheder månedligt sender til Motorstyrelsen.

Illegal Shareholder Loan

Skattestyrelsen fandt i forbindelse med en kontrolsag, at der var tale om ulovlige aktionærlån i forbindelse med samhandel mellem selskabet og hovedaktionæren. Bachmann/Partners fik efter bevisførelsen Skattestyrelsen til at opgive sagen, da der var tale om samhandel på markedsmæssige vilkår.
